makerHub — Playground & Smart Forms
makerHub is a lightweight, mobile-first hub for makers and digital nomads that combines productivity, creativity, and wellbeing in one simple system. The goal is to reduce tool overload and setup friction so people can start faster and stay consistent. Playground is a vibe picker (Zen, Hustle, Flow, Dream) that matches tools to the moment. Smart Forms use helpful defaults like time, difficulty, and cost to reduce typing and decisions. Idea Vault lets users save and reuse micro-stacks for repeatable routines. My role: Product Design (UX/UI) focused on mobile UX patterns, information architecture, and habit-friendly flows. Next steps: validate defaults with usage data, improve onboarding, and expand the tool library.
Productivity, creativity, wellbeing—on the go.
Disconnected tools create fragmented workflows. makerHub brings them into one lightweight system with smart defaults and reusable micro-stacks.
Micro-stacks + microlearning for conscious tool use.
Micro-stacks + microlearning reduce tool overload by turning scattered, one-off app choices into a repeatable system. Instead of picking from dozens of tools every time, users learn one small concept, apply it immediately with smart defaults, and save the workflow as a reusable micro-stack. Over time, the most frequent actions become one-tap routines—cutting decision fatigue, setup time, and inconsistency while supporting more intentional, conscious tool use. PROBLEM: Makers and digital nomads needed a simple home base to switch between focus, wellbeing, and creativity—and stay consistent without overwhelm. SUCCESS METRICS: Activation ↑, weekly retention ↑, completed rituals/tasks ↑, streaks & engagement ↑. CONSTRAINTS: MVP scope; solo/lean build; cross-platform (Webflow + Glide + React components); limited time for research/testing; avoid feature bloat. KEY TRADEOFF: Prioritized a modular core + mode switching over shipping many tools at once. MY RESPONSIBILITY: Product concept + IA, UX writing/microcopy, core flows, component logic direction, MVP prioritization.
