Integrated Superpeer into Webflow for paid sessions

Built a Webflow-based community hub where users can discover sessions and complete paid bookings. Superpeer handled payments and scheduling while the experience stayed consistent from page to checkout.

Objective: Make paid bookings feel native—and consistent—inside Webflow.

Context We had a master Superpeer account, so we could invite other experts and run it like an affiliate program (I earned 10% from booked calls). What I built To scale this, I implemented Superpeer profile pages in Webflow CMS: Created a “Superpeers” CMS collection (name, role, bio, topics, pricing, availability link, profile image, and CTA labels). Built a reusable profile template and listing grid. Connected CTAs to the correct booking destination so each expert could be discovered and booked from our site. Made it easy for non-designers to add and edit experts without touching the layout.

Outcome: One consistent journey: discover, pay, book, and join.

We aligned content, CTAs, and layout across key Webflow pages, then embedded the booking flow so it felt like a seamless part of the site—not a detour. Superpeer powered the community layer (sessions, pricing, availability, confirmations), making the end-to-end experience feel trustworthy and easy to complete. PROBLEM: Creators needed a smoother way to set up sessions, communicate value, and convert visitors into booked calls with minimal friction. SUCCESS METRICS: Profile-to-booking conversion ↑, setup completion ↑, abandoned booking ↓, repeat bookings ↑. CONSTRAINTS: Two-sided marketplace needs; lightweight creator setup; platform design consistency; limited control over backend logic. KEY TRADEOFF: Prioritized frictionless booking over deep customization in v1. MY RESPONSIBILITY: Improved flow + IA, designed key UI states, tested clarity of copy and steps, and worked within platform constraints.
